~*~ iced brown sugar espresso ~*~
what you need:
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 2 shots of espresso
- milk of your choice
- ice
what to do:
1) place 1 tablespoon of brown sugar in an espresso cup
2) pull your espresso shots directly into the cup with the brown sugar
3) while that brews, fill a good sized cup or jar with whatever amount of ice you want
4) once the shot is done, give it a stir to help meld the brown sugar into it, then add some milk to cool it a bit before pouring the whole thnig over the ice into your cup
5) add more milk to taste, a straw for sipping and enjoy!
